With a combined total of over 6 million views on TikTok and Instagram, this silly video created a trend in the bodybuilding community.
By using a “shock” factor, engagement and views for this video increased. Product Placement was also used due to the the Darc Sport sports bra. This video created other spin offs of individuals trying to recreate “wellness posing” with their friends or significant others.
This became a reacurring series on my social media pages, earning well over 10 million views in total.
